How to create a site on a subdomain?
First, create the subdomain from Site Tools > Domain > Subdomains > Create New Subdomain. Then to create a new site on that subdomain go to Site Tools > Dev > App Installer. Choose the desired application and in the Domain drop-down select the subdomain. Fill in the rest of the required details and complete the installation.
